Zambia set to play friendlies against Cameroon ahead of African Cup of Nations

The Chipolopolo Boys will play two friendly matches ahead of the African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.

According to Zambian Football. co.zm, Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president, Andrew Kamanga, confirmed that they had secured two friendly matches.

Zambia would face Rigobert Song’s Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in Saudi Arabia on January 1.

“We will play an international friendly match against Cameroon on January 9 and have another game lined up that we will announce in due course,” Kamanga said.

Zambia will be in Middle East for 10 days before shifting base to San Pedro in Ivory Coast.

The Chipolopolo Boys are in the same group with Morocco, neighbours DR Congo and Tanzania.
