The Chipolopolo have arrived in Morocco ahead of Tuesday’s FIFA World Cup qualifier against Niger.
According to FAZ Facebook page, Avram Grant and his troops touched down in Marrakech at 04:10 hours (local time).
Zambia will play Niger on Tuesday at the Grand Stade Marrakech in 21:00 hours kickoff (22:00 hours CAT).
The match is being played in Morocco because the stadia in Niger did not pass FIFA certification.
Meanwhile, Zambia still sits at the summit of Group E.
This was after Niger lost to Tanzania 1-nil last night in their opening World Cup qualifier which means Zambia has a more superior goal difference having beaten Congo 4-2.
Morocco were supposed to play Eritrea as their opening Group E match but the latter pulled out of the qualifying campaign because of fear by that government that their players would flee to seek political asylum abroad.
The North Africans will instead face Tanzania in Dar Es Salaam on Tuesday which will be their opening game of the qualifying series.
