Barely a week after its release, legendary rapper Tommy D’s highly anticipated album Godfather has reached one million streams on Boomplay.
The artiste whose real name is Thomas Kaluba joined a plethora of other musicians such as Yo Maps, Tim and most recently Chile One’s latest effort to have reached the 1 million club.
The rapper toasted to the milestone via his official Facebook account.

The highly anticipated album produced under DJ Mzengaman’s label M Beats boasts 23 songs featuring Zambian music’s finest names.
Yo Maps, Mumba Yachi, Jay Rox, Jae Cash, Mampi, and Slapdee are among a host of artistes who made guest appearances on the project.
Tommy D is widely considered as the trailblazer for modern hip-hop mainstream acts like Slapdee and Macky 2.
