Socialite Iris Kaingu, has launch her reality show ‘life Through Iris’ as she urges people to understand that social media does not always represent the truth.
Kaingu, famously known for indecent dressing stated that her team had been working on the reality show for five years which was finally starting on Christmas day.
She is hopeful that people could learn to understand that social media did not always represent reality.
“We all like drama but sometimes you need to know that there are people behind the masks and in the unveiling life Through Iris, a mask is coming off,” Iris said during the launch of her reality show to be aired on DStv.
She said her family inspired the show while stating that none of the content in the reality show was scripted.
Kaingu disclosed that at some point, she wanted to give up because the show was not going to air after putting so much work.
“But Jesus being Jesus, the show is airing on Zambezi. Zambians have so much to offer the world and we will show them that we can also be Hollywood,” Kaingu said.
She added that in life through Iris, people should expect to see tears, excitement, fun and resilience because everything about family values has been depicted in the show.
