Mwale said the suspects were believed to have been driving a white vehicle whose other details are not yet known.
He said the incident happened last week Friday, February 3, 2023 around 22:30 hours along Manda Hill road in the capital city.
“Brief facts are that the victim was walking from the eating place behind Manda Hill shopping Mall in the company of her colleague only identified as Alex to Sarovar Hotel.
“During the attack, she was pushed to the ground and sustained general body pains. She was rushed to the hospital for medical attention,” he said.
Mwale said police had since launched a manhunt for the suspects.
