Renowned American gospel minister, Travis Greene, will be sharing the stage with Zambian artistes, Pompi and Kings Malembe Malembe, for a charity concert slated for Kenneth Kaunda International Conference Centre on March 8, 2024.

The event, dubbed Harvest of Praise, would also see America’s Phil Thompson and Nigeria’s Tim Godfrey grace the stage, together with gospel songstress, Esther Chungu.

A host of Nigerian artistes, Chioma Jesus, Preye Odede, Frank Edwards and the duo of Mr M & Revelation cap off the list of musicians to take revellers through a worship experience.

The musical showpiece would be hosted by Nigeria’s leading events compere, Okey Bakassi, alongside media personality, Kunda Mando.

According to information gleaned from the event platform, harvestofpraise.com, the charity concert is a vision inspired by God.

“The concert, Harvest of Praise, is a vision inspired by the Almighty God and has been designed to bring people of the world together, under one roof, in worship and praise to Jehovah,” read a sentence on the website.

“The visioner is The Very Reverend Ada Ugo-Ngadi, an ordained minster of Methodist Church. Its purpose is to harvest souls for the Lord in pursuit of a mission to raise a generation of people with super zeal to serve the Almighty.”

A statement by the organizers, Harvest Foundation, said, among others, that all arrangements toward the grand charity concert had reached advanced stages.

It partly quoted the Lead Volunteer, Ugochukwu Ibemere, as saying, “Zambia is set to experience its biggest and most exciting gospel music event ever. All ministers listed for the show have confirmed participation.

“Harvest of Praise is open to people of all faith, and admission is free. Zambians should expect a revival in God’s presence.”
