President Hichilema reshuffles Cabinet, appoints new ministers

President Hakainde Hichilema has reshuffled his cabinet, announcing key appointments to vital ministerial positions.

Mulambo Haimbe, who has been serving as the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has been formally appointed to the role.

Haimbe assumes the position following the resignation of former Minister, Stanley Kakubo, in December 2023.

In addition, Princess Kasune, Member of Parliament for Keembe Constituency, has been appointed as the new Minister of Justice, succeeding Haimbe, who had held the position since September 2021.

Furthermore, Colins Nzovu has been transferred to the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation, taking over from Mike Mposha, who has been reassigned to the Ministry of Green Economy and Environment.
