Media personality, Mwanza, returns to television with season 2 of her unscripted show

After ending on what was termed as a sad note, media personality, Mutale Mwanza, has announced her return to Zambezi Magic through the second edition of her show, ‘The Mutale Mwanza Unscripted.’

Announcing the development on her official Facebook via a live stream last week, Mwanza said she was excited that the show was entering Season 2 at a time it is also nominated for the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCAs) 2024.

Mwanza recalled challenges and exciting moments experienced while working on Season 1.

“But coming back for the second season I think is going to be even bigger and better and I hope you guys are ready for the drama and excitement that season 2 will bring to your screens,” she said, thanking Zambezi Magic for believing in her brand and allowing her to executive produce her show.

Fans reacted to this news.

“Is our Malawian King (Tay Grin) in this season?” asked Cindy Mwaba while Stelz Mwape wanted to know if Season 2 will pick up from where Season 1 ended.

“Season 1 didn’t end well; it was so heartbreaking for you, and I felt your pain. I was hoping, did the man show up for the engagement or nsalamu?” wondered another follower, Sheena Christian.

The Unscripted show revolves around the glitz, glamour and personal life of Mwanza and her family.

It is reportedly unscripted in the sense that Mutale Mwanza showcases some of the happenings not publicly shared before.
