A Disc Jockey (DJ) of Lusaka’s Kanyama Compound has pleaded not guilty to four counts of having carnal knowledge of women against the order of nature.
The court granted, Kelvin Mutale, a K20,000 cash bail plus two sureties.
But by press time on Thursday, Mutale had not yet met the bail conditions set by Lusaka resident magistrate Chrispine Hampungani.

Mulenga, 35, also a businessman, was alleged to have had anal sexual intercourse with four victims on December 24, 2023, which was contrary to Section 155(a)of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
Mutale, however, denied all the charges before he asked for bail.
With no objection from the State, Magistrate Hampungani granted him bail with strict conditions of K20,000 cash bail and two working sureties.
The matter had since been adjourned to March 7 for mention and March 19 for trial.
