Liquid Intelligent Technologies (Liquid) say they have launched a new feature of their Wi-Fi service in Zambia that provides high speed connectivity.
Chief Executive Officer, Mark Townsend, said in statement issued in Lusaka on Thursday that the recent rollout extended the firm’s existing Wi-Fi services in Zambia, which had been on for several years.

“By establishing a public Wi-Fi network, Liquid is ensuring that the people of Zambia have reliable access to the internet, regardless of their location or economic status,” Townsend said.
The initiative, he said, helps to bridge digital divide and empower small businesses and individuals to thrive in the global digital economy.
A new feature, the firm claimed, are various layers of security that protect users from online cyber threats.
