Elton Mulenga, popularly known as Yo Maps Yo has become Zambia’s first artiste to fill up Hero’s Stadium, which has a 60,000 seating capacity.
Social media on Saturday night came to a standstill with images of Yo Maps performing in a fully packed stadium, to a surprise of most of his critics.

Bloggers and all major social media platforms including political managed blogs, all flashed congratulatory messages to Yo Maps for being bold and making history.
The UPND UK Chapter blog stated that the Ministry of Arts should grab this opportunity and make it as an annual event.
The admin stated that: “Fill up the stadium has generated over K50 million to the economy. We hope the Permanent Secretary (PS) Arts will seize this opportunity and turn it into annual event.”
Ministry of Information Media Director and Spokesperson, Thabo Kawana, wrote this boy has made us proud.
“This gives me so much pride, alot of pipo thought this young man would not fill even half the stadium and that he was been over ambitious and zealous to attempt to fill up the stadium.
“But alas, the stadium is full, it may not be filled to capacity but it is full….filled. Whatever the case may or will be, this concert goes down the annelids of history as the biggest sales ever for a Zambian musical artist. Congratulations Yo Maps, well done and thank you Zambia for buying Zambia.

Chamana Chisobano added that : “Yo Maps Yo has done it, what no other modern Zambian musician has done.”
Therefore, this musical concert is the biggest , baddest to be ever held on the Zambian soil featuring the biggest names in the music industry such as Danny Kaya, JK, Mampi, Macky 2 , Petersen and Wezi.
Others were Chanda na Kay, Abel Chungu and Bobby East, among others.
