President Hakainde Hichilema on Monday night left for the United Kingdom (UK) for bilateral talks.
Hichilema during his visit is expected to meet First Minister of Scotland, John Swinney, for bilateral talks.
He was accompanied by First Lady, Mutinta and other government officials.
The President on his official Facebook page made this announcement.

He would also visit Heriot-Watt University and Blavatmil School of government at Oxford University to engage with imminent individuals and investors in mining, agriculture and energy.
“Additionally, we will deliver a keynote address at a conference organised by the Rhodes Trust Zambia Constituency, themed “Standing up for Zambia: Zambia at 60” at Oxford University,” President Hichilema stated.
