Bruno Fernandes was the hero as Manchester United secured a 3-0 win over Leicester City at Old Trafford, bouncing back to winning ways in the Premier League.
United started strongly, with Amad Diallo setting up Fernandes for a low curling shot into the net from the edge of the box.
Leicester almost equalized just before the half-hour mark when Wilfred Ndidi found himself one-on-one with Andre Onana, but the United goalkeeper made a crucial block.

In the 38th minute, Leicester’s Kristiansen accidentally redirected Noussair Mazraoui’s cross into his own net. Leicester goalkeeper Mads Hermansen made a series of important saves to prevent United from adding to their lead before halftime.
Leicester’s Jordan Ayew came close to pulling one back in the 69th minute, but Onana produced another excellent save. United’s Alejandro Garnacho missed an earlier chance but later redeemed himself with a brilliant strike into the top corner, sealing the victory.
Elsewhere, Arsenal’s winless run extended to four games after a 1-1 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Despite needing a win to close the gap on league leaders Liverpool, Mikel Arteta’s side struggled to break the deadlock.
In London, Ipswich Town secured their first Premier League win of the season, stunning Tottenham Hotspur 2-1. Sam Szmodics put Ipswich ahead with an acrobatic finish just before the 30-minute mark, and Liam Delap doubled their advantage before halftime.
