Matakala Lubinda, wife of rapper and businessman Slapdee, has apologized to her friends, family, and followers after announcing their divorce in a now-deleted Instagram post.
In a new update on her Instagram handle @yours_rakgadi, Lubinda clarified with a brief statement: “False alarm, Solini,” suggesting the initial announcement was made in error.

On Saturday, February 22, 2025, Lubinda had posted about her separation, stating that she and Slapdee had mutually decided to part ways. She wrote:
“Never met anyone that has gone into marriage with the intention of divorcing. We all get married in hopes to grow old with our loved ones. Life happens, and we then take a different path. Me and @slapdee have both decided to go our separate ways because life has happened and it’s beyond our control. As I navigate life as a single mum of two now, I’d really appreciate if everyone respected this decision we have made. I wish him all the best as he moves on with his life.”
The news came as a shock to many fans, but her message reflected a mature acceptance of their circumstances. The couple, who share two children, also requested privacy and respect during this time.
However, just hours before issuing her apology, a video of Slapdee and Lubinda surfaced online, showing them spending time together and enjoying themselves, raising further speculation about the situation.
