Former First Lady, Esther Lungu, has appeared at the Ministry of Home Affairs where she is being grilled by the Economic and Financial Crimes Court in a matter the Director of Public Prosecutions applied for a Non-Conviction Based forfeiture order of her 15 flats in State Lodge.
