Zambia will have to wait until Wednesday to find out if their 4-2 victory over Seychelles at the ongoing COSAFA Cup tournament will be enough to proceed to the semi-final.
Chipolopolo could set up a meeting against hosts South Africa if results go in the national team’s favour.

Zambia ran riot for about 75 minutes of the match against Seychelles scoring through Albert Kangwanda, Killan Kanguluma, Golden Mashata and Fredrick Mulambia.
However, a lapse in concentration before the end of the match saw Seychelles pull two back, one from the penalty spot and another from a defensive error.
Hosts South Africa finished top of Group A in Durban, while Malawi made it three wins from three to claim Group B and set up a semifinal with Lesotho on Friday.
South Africa will meet either Zambia or Mauritius in the next round, with those two teams still in contention to be the best-placed runner-up.
Had Zambia not conceded two goals at the end of the match, the matter might have already been concluded.
Since the top teams in Group A, B and C have already booked a place in the last four, Chipolopolo will need a favour from other teams, in the last round of games to be played on Wednesday.
Mauritius’ only chance to qualify is to gain three points by beating Mozambique via a 4-goal margin.
