Chipolopolo striker, Patson Daka’s proposed loan move to Bournemouth from Leicester City fell through at the eleventh hour last night.
Daka, out of favour at Leicester City since manager Enzo Maresca’s arrival, looked on course to join the Cherries with a loan agreed and the Zambian heading south to undergo a medical.

But widespread reports confirmed the deal collapsed meaning Daka will continue being a Leicester City player.
There could still be an opportunity for the striker to leave, with transfer windows still open in countries like Saudi Arabia, Greece, and Turkey for a few more days, but otherwise Daka will have to bid his time until January.
Meanwhile, according to the Leicester Mercury, City concluded a deal for Everton striker Tom Cannon, even with the deadline fast approaching.
Talks were held over a transfer rising to 7.5 million British Pounds on the morning of deadline day as City made a late move for the 20-year-old.
Maresca earlier confirmed he was interested in signing another striker so that his options don’t dwindle when the Africa Cup of Nations come around next January and February.
With Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho and Daka set to link up with Nigeria and Zambia, City would only have had Jamie Vardy available for the month if Cannon was not brought in.
