The Zambia Women’s National Team is now complete following the arrival of Grace Chanda and Prisca Chilufya in Paris.
According to Zambianfootball.co.zm, the duo completes the Copper Queens’ 22-member squad for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The local football website stated that the American-based forward and the Mexico-based winger joined the camp over the weekend.
The duo missed the Copper Queens’ 1-1 draw against New Zealand’s Football Ferns.
The Copper Queens would play another international friendly against a yet-to-be-confirmed Olympic-qualified team.
Zambia’s Olympic journey kicks off on July 25 against the United States in Nice, followed by a match against Australia three days later at the same venue.
The final group match is against Germany in St. Etienne on July 31.
Bruce Mwape’s side is making a return to the Olympics after their historic debut in 2021 at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
