Zambia Police Service has confirmed to Zambia Monitor that Patriotic Front Deputy Information and Publicity, Emmanuel Mwamba, was arrested on Wednesday night.
Assistant Police Public Relations Officer, Godfrey Chilabi said: “Emmanuel Mwamba is detained in Police custody.”
