Kasanda reportedly abducted from court premises by unidentified agents, lawyer seeks legal intervention

Some people posing as law enforcement officers have reportedly abducted Shedreck Kasanda from the Magistrates court where he was supposed to appear to seek bail on Wednesday.

Kasanda’s lawyer, Makebi Zulu has, therefore, applied that the said unidentified officers be charged for contempt of court having breached legal processes.
