Global Afropop superstar, Yemi Alade, has released a new single titled “Tomorrow,” an upbeat track that underscores the importance of hope and the promise of a better day.
The song talked about the gift of another day to achieve what could not be done today and encouraged trust in divine guidance despite the uncertainties of the future.
Produced by Yasso, this vibrant and positive track is the first single from Yemi’s upcoming tenth album, set for release in 2024, The Pulse reported.
Speaking about the release, Yemi Alade shared, “’Tomorrow’ is a timeless piece that honors the aspirations of the future and the ongoing pursuit of turning them into achievements. This is a dedication to all those envisioning brighter days, serving as an anthem for champions.”

Yemi Alade is excited to offer this new body of work, revealing that the upcoming album will be a blend of different genres designed to appeal to music lovers worldwide.
“I created this album with the sole purpose of making music I grew up loving and the variety I have grown to love now. I was inspired by the core African music of Highlife and different genres that got us excited as Africans,” she explained.
Starting the year 2024 on a high note, Yemi Alade performed at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
