President Hichilema appoints UNZA lecturer, Mambwe, as new Education Permanent Secretary

President Hakainde Hichilema has appointed a University of Zambia (UNZA) lecturer, Dr. Kelvin Mambwe, as new Education Permanent Secretary for Technical Services.

Mambwe who was until his appointment working at the Department of Literature and Languages, UNZA, will replace Joe Kamoko who was fired recently after appearing ‘drunk’ on ZNBC news segment.

State House Principal  Private Secretary , Bradford Machila, revealed this in a statement shared with Zambia Monitor on Wednesday.

“The President congratulates Dr Mambwe ,implores him to serve with integrity and wishes him God’s blessings in the new role ,” Machila said.
