32-year-old man appears in court for allegedly sexually abusing 9-year-old biological daughter

A 32-year-old traffic controller, Mustafa Sikazwe of Chalala area has been accused of sexually abusing his 9-year-old biological daughter.

The alleged incident occurred between January 1 and 31, 2024, in Lusaka. Sikazwe has pleaded not guilty to the charge before Magistrate Chrispine Hampungani.

What’s even more disturbing is that Sikazwe is also facing another charge for allegedly defiling his 15-year-old stepdaughter. Trial is before Magistrate another court.

The 9-year-old victim revealed that her father was also abusing her step-sister, leading to the discovery of the alleged incest.

The prosecution team considered Sikazwe a danger to society, and ordered him to remain in custody, and denied bail.
