Cloudy weather with isolated rainfall expected across Zambia, except in northeast, western regions

A moderate, moist northwesterly airflow is set to maintain cloudy, warm-to-hot conditions with scattered rain and thunder across much of Zambia, according to the Zambia Meteorological Department under the Ministry of Green Economy and Environment.

Wednesday, October 30, 2024 Forecast

North-Western, Copperbelt, Luapula, Northern, Muchinga, Eastern, Lusaka, and parts of Central Province:

1. Morning: Mostly cloudy, slightly windy, with isolated rain, especially in Luapula, Northern, Muchinga, and Eastern. Temperatures mild, between 10°C and 18°C.

2. Afternoon: Cloudy and slightly windy, with isolated showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures warm-to-hot, ranging from 26°C to 38°C.

3. Evening: Mostly cloudy, mild with isolated rain and occasional thunder.

Southern and Western Provinces, including western parts of Central Province:
1. Morning: Few clouds, windy, warm, with temperatures between 14°C and 20°C.
2. ⁠Afternoon: Partly cloudy, slight winds, with isolated showers possible. Temperatures will range between 32°C and 38°C.
3. ⁠Evening: Few clouds, breezy, with mild to warm conditions.
