Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister, Mulambo Haimbe, has urged global investors to tap into Zambia’s expanding economic sectors, positioning the country as a premier destination for sustainable development and economic growth in Africa.
Addressing the Commonwealth Business Forum during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2024 in Apia, Samoa, Haimbe highlighted Zambia’s stable political environment, attractive business climate, and growing investment opportunities.

In addition to the forum, Haimbe reportedly engaged in discussions with Kenya’s Prime Cabinet Secretary, Dr. Musalia Mudavadi, aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
He also voiced Zambia’s commitment to regional cooperation while discussing Zambia’s 2025 bid for the African Development Bank presidency, emphasizing the importance of partnerships and economic resilience across Africa.
