The Zambia National football team has dropped 4 places in the latest FIFA rankings.
Chipolopolo is now ranked 90th in the world, down from 86th, and 18th in Africa.
Zambia’s recent losses to Morocco and Tanzania have contributed to this decline.
The Atlas Lions of Morocco are the highest-ranked team in Africa, holding the 12th spot globally, while Senegal is 18th in the world and second in Africa.
At the top of the global rankings, Argentina remained in first place, followed by France in second and Belgium in third.
Brazil (4th, up 1) and England (5th, down 1) have swapped places.
Meanwhile, Portugal (6th), the Netherlands (7th), and Spain (8th) maintain their positions in the top ten.
Croatia (9th, up 1) has overtaken Italy (10th, down 1), which still holds a place among the leading teams.
