A maid of Ng’ombe compound has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for alleged indecent assault of her employer’s five-year-old daughter.
Abigail Musonda, 25, is alleged to have between February and March, 2024, indecently assulted the minor by inserting a figure in her Vaginal, when bathing her.

Musonda appeared before Magistrate Amy Masoja on Tuesday, but pleaded not guilty to one count of indecent assault on females contrary to Section 137 (1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
Trial in the matter commences on May 24, 2024.
