Popular socialite and media personality, Mutale Mwanza, has suffered from ‘temporary loss of eye sight’.
Mwanza’s management team confirmed this in a statement released via her official Facebook page.
According to the statement, this condition was triggered by severe sores in her left eye.

The management team disclosed that the condition further led to discomfort, pain and swelling.
“Doctors have advised her to avoid using her cellphone, laptop, television or anything that may cause too much light into her eyes. Prior to this, Ms Mwanza usually suffered from migraines due to her workaholic nature,” the statement read in part.
Management asked for privacy during this time as doctors continue to monitor her health.
“As management we understand that Ms Mwanza is a public figure who is loved and celebrated, but recent reports have caused panic and concern from her friends, supporters and family members,” statement indicated.
