Zambian midfielder, Miguel Chaiwa, came on as a second half substitute for Swiss side Young Boys in their victory over compatriot Klings Kangwa’s Red Star Belgrade in the UEFA Champions League.
Chaiwa came on for Joel Monteiro in the 74th minute in a match where Young Boys secured a place in the Europa League playoffs slated for February.

Almost immediately after Chaiwa was introduced, he fired a ferocious long range shot but was denied by Red Star goalie, Omri Glazer, who parried the ball away.
A Kosta Nedeljkovic own goal and a Lewis Blum conversion was enough for the Swiss team to claim victory.
Young Boys are sitting third in Group G behind first placed Manchester City who beat second placed RB Leipzig with Red Star at the foot of the table.
However, Kangwa was an unused substitute as his team succumbed to defeat away in Switzerland.
