CAPE TOWN -South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, has defended delays in completing lifestyle audits for members of his Cabinet.

He was being grilled during a Question and Answer session in Parliament.

ENCA reports that the President took questions on the audits, the BRICS Summit and criticism of the judiciary.

Ramaphosa said the implementation of lifestyle audits had been delayed by a change in the service provider.

“Yes I do regret the delay, it should not have been as long as it is but the intent is there,” he said.
